Filetto
This product is a filet or loin cut from a pig's back, free of much fat. It is marinated with Trebbiano d'Abruzzo wine, salt, and pepper, then aged for 4-6 months. The weight ranges from 250g to 2kg and is vacuum-sealed for storage in the fridge.
