2024 エル・タソレット・デ・シャロ・ブランコ / オスカル・メストレ

This is a Spanish white wine from Alicante, produced by Oscar Mestre. It is made from Moscatel de Alejandría and Macabeo grapes and has an alcohol content of 12.5%. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at temperatures below 15°C and is aged on its lees before bottling.

• The wine is aged on its lees (schürrle) for about two months before bottling.
