Whipped Cream Eyelash Cleanser

Our whipped cream cleanser has a mild sulfate free base designed to prep eyebrows and eyelashes for brow shaping or tinting procedures. The cleanser effectively degreases the skin and the eyebrow and eyelash hairs and also helps to fix the added dye. This allows the cleansing to penetrate the eyelash and eyebrow hairs. Overall the hairs will become stronger with more elasticity whilst protecting them from fragility. Ingredients: Aqua, sodium lauroyl, sarcosinate, sodium taurine cocoyl, methyltaurate, sodium laureth sulfate, cocamide dea, cocomidolpropyl betaine, polysc rbate20, parfum, centella asiatica extract, aloe Vera extract, butylene glycol, phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate,citric acid, CI16255 if irritation occurs discontinue use.
