Brow Soap Pen Instructions Welcome to your new favourite brow product! We have worked so hard to get this one right for you. There are some steps we need you to take though to make sure your brows are picture perfect... - [ ] Make sure your skin is dry - no moisturiser or oils on your brows as the wax will repel them - [ ] Don't use sparingly!
