Organic Peru San Ignacio Rio Amoju is sourced from Peru, grown at elevations of 1800–2100 meters. Varietals include Bourbon, Catuai, and Typica. Fully washed and patio-dried to develop a clean, refined sweetness. Tasting notes: milk chocolate, orange, toffee. Our micro-batch roasting process brings out the vibrant citrus, smooth body, and lingering sweetness in every cup.
