Isaiah 41:10 H

The book of Isaiah is chock full of God's reassurances for the people of Israel, but in this verse in particular He tells them that not only have they been called to be His servants, He is there to love and care for them. No, it wasn't easy, but He had promised to bless the world through Abraham's seed and Israel is blessed with this honor. It was an enormous responsibility and Israel frequently stumbled, falling into idol worship and considering other God's, but through Isaiah, God reassures them that He's there to give them Godly strength and help. As a side note- God mentions that He will hold onto to His people with his right hand. God's right hand is mentioned throughout the Bible. To be in the Lord's right hand is a great honor. It is a righteous and favored place to be. Later in our Good book, we will be introduced to the guy who sits at our Holy God's right hand eternally.
