Sage Honey West Macedonia/Greece – Harvest 2024

A honey from Kiriakos Viros in Northern Greece, harvested in May at 600 meters above sea level during the sage bloom. It has a creamy texture with floral and herbal notes, and a delicate toffee sweetness.

• The Great Taste jury described this honey as having light floral aromas and a good balance of delicate toffee sweetness.
