Laboratory Grown Radiant Cut 2.02ct Diamond Ring
This special ring features a radiant cut 2.02ct laboratory-grown diamond, certificated by the IGI (International Gemological Institute) as D colour and VS1 clarity. This combination of attributes results in a sparkling diamond with the desired fire and brilliance expected of a Fattorinis diamond ring. Set in a classic platinum claw setting to allow maximum light to reach the diamond and with polished 18ct yellow gold tapering shoulders and band designed to sit perfectly next to a wedding or eternity band. There are a further two laboratory-grown diamonds set under the setting as an extra, hidden detail. Laboratory-grown diamonds have the same optical, physical and chemical properties as natural, mined diamonds. The difference is they are created in a laboratory environment over a period of weeks, rather than being sourced from the Earth where they formed naturally over hundreds of thousands of years. They offer an exceptionally good value alternative to natural diamonds and are available in a large range of shapes, sizes and quality grades. A radiant cut diamond exhibits exceptional sparkle thanks to many facets and the elongated shape appears flattering on the hand when set in a ring. With the outline shape of an emerald cut, this relatively modern cut is suited to an abundance of ring designs. At Fattorinis we apply the same strict criteria to our laboratory-grown diamonds as we follow for our natural diamonds. All of our laboratory-grown diamonds are expertly set into the same luxurious platinum or 18ct gold rings as our natural, mined diamonds, resulting in a collection of spectacular rings.
