From 70+ year-old Gamay vines, this old-vine Morgon delivers remarkable depth, silky texture and vibrant granite-driven minerality, with the finesse to enjoy now or cellar for years. This Morgon is dense and deep with great freshness. A full-bodied wine with aromas of red fruits, its aromatic complexity evolves into animal notes as it ages. From the oldest vines on the estate (70 years), this superb Gamay is expressed on a subsoil made up of granite and decomposing schist. Carbonic fermentation in concrete vats, aging for between 8 and 10 months in barrels of 2 or 3 wines. Can be enjoyed with Pasta, Veal, Pork and Poultry.
