Domaine Auchere Sancerre 2024

The Auchère winery is located in the village of Bue, and their plots are sustainably farmed. The white vineyard is from those famous plots: Chene Marchand, Les Monts Damnes, Chasseignes, Les Deserts. The white Cuvée is issued from a clay (Chavignol) and limestone soil (Bue and Sancerre) covering 24 acres. The nose opens with pure minerality and exotic fruit. Flavors of grapefruit, lychee and lime combine with a clean and crisp palate. Persistant, fine and zesty. A classic Sancerre.
