CONSIGNMENT Fairbanks F-20 1933 Model Sitka/Mahogany
The second smallest model in the Fairbanks lineup, the F-20 faithfully reproduces the depression era small bodied guitars that were popular with performers like Woody Guthrie and countless blues players. Typical of the early production years of this model, the Fairbanks F-20 sports a small, ‘target’ burst, a comfortably shallow body, and dark stained ‘Sheraton brown’ mahogany back and sides. Punchy and loud, but sweet and mellow when you want it, the F-20 will blend perfectly into an old-time string band or be the perfect picking companion on your front porch. This one has been fairly heavily distressed which gives it a great vintage vibe. Give it a listen with Doug's video demo! Includes original hardshell case.
