Belgian / Saison Foundation

Belgian and farmhouse beers are defined by their yeast, so the water should support, not dominate. This blend goes light on overall minerals with a slight sulfate emphasis for the crisp, dry finish that saisons and Belgian pales are known for. One pouch into 5 gallons of RO or distilled water gives Belgian yeasts the mineral latitude to express their full spice, fruit, and phenolic character.
