A Vintage heavy-duty stainless steel A-frame gambrel used in butchering for hanging large game or carcasses. The adjustable design of the A-Frame and S Hooks allows for the hanging of different sizes of animals. From our local Butchers, Jim's Joint in Leigh on Sea, now sadly closed down.
