Reared by Terry and Jane Tomlinson at Redhill Farm in Lincolnshire. This award winning pork (95 Great Taste Awards) is outstanding. The pigs are outdoor bred and outdoor reared, allowing them freedom to root and wallow and grow slowly at their own pace. The breed (Duroc cross Landrace) produces pork with marbling, essential for flavour and succulence and growing slowly outdoors they ensure that they can consistently produce great tasting pork.
