Winemaker's Notes We began with small, sun-basked, thick-skinned grapes picked on the Estate. The nose draws crushed cherry, strawberry, cranberry, blueberry and crème brulée, and exotic cedar and cherrywood. The impression on the palate is sleek and intense, flavoured of black cherry, blueberry, raspberry trailing to cocoa and caramel with a peppery accent. Dry: 0 g/L residual sugar At the time of bottling, alcohol measured 13%, residual sugar 0 grams per litre, titratable acidity 6.1 grams per litre and pH 3.7. Enjoy now to 2032. Vegan friendly.
