Want to run your Humphrey's Hot Box with a temperature controller or fan unit? We now have an adapter plate for that! This adapter is easily installed and requires nothing other than the adapter and hardware already found on your smoker! You simply remove the bolt, nut, and washer on the back of the existing plate and replace it with your new Fan Adapter Plate! Available with the Humphrey's Kill plug to cut off airflow and block the hole after the fan unit is removed. *Fan & fan housing sold separately This adapter will also fit various other models of drum smokers!
