On the nose, classic varietal Cabernet notes of cassis and dried herbs mingle with delicate floral aromas. The pure fruit flavours are complimented by subtle spice in the form of cedar and tobacco. In its youth, the palate is linear and concentrated with fine chalky tannins and fresh acidity providing tension to the finish. With age, this wine will start to evolve and soften after 5 years with an ideal drinking window of 10-15 years.
