Submit an order: If we can accept your product and you would like to proceed with the inspection, submit an order online here and then ship or drop off your equipment to us. Inspection fee: We charge an initial inspection fee in advance to open the product for inspection. This fee is non-refundable but can be deducted from the total repair service fee (e.g., if the total repair service fee is $650 and the initial inspection fee is $350, you just need to pay the balance of $300). Repair approval: If your product can be fixed under our pre-agreed maximum total repair service fee, we will automatically proceed with the repair. If the estimate exceeds this fee, we will seek your permission before continuing. Notification: Once we complete the service or you decide not to pursue our service further, we will notify you when the item is ready for pickup or delivery. Please note that for vintage product repairs, the procedure and repair fee may differ due to the complexity and availability of parts.
