This image is part of a series exploring trees and their interaction with the local landscape in England. Some of these works are more literal interpretations which seek to evoke and enhance the atmosphere of the scenes I am seeing, while others are more conceptual and graphic in their approach. The pictures begin as photographs which are then digitally manipulated and merged with other photographs, paintings, drawings, textures, and found objects to create the final artworks.
