Spring was created around the intentions of balance, renewal, and new growth. It is especially fitting for Ostara and the Spring Equinox, Easter celebrations, seasonal rituals, or simply opening the windows and welcoming the brighter days ahead. Dried orange and lemon provide a fresh citrus foundation, complemented by lavender, chamomile, rosemary, and lemongrass. Bay leaves and star anise add warm herbal and lightly spiced notes, creating a balanced fragrance that feels fresh and botanical without the heavier spices traditionally associated with fall and winter simmer pots. To use, add the desired amount of the blend to a pot with approximately 3–4 cups of water. Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat. As the blend simmers, take a moment to reflect on what you would like to nurture and grow in the season ahead. Add additional water as needed to prevent the pot from drying out.
