Chicken chimichurri traybake

The free-range chicken supremes (that's the breast with the wing bone still attached) are lightly marinated, then paired with the vegetables and ready to pop straight into the oven. All you need to do is put it in the oven and roast until the chicken is golden and juicy. We've packed the gloriously green, punchy chimichurri separately, so the spice divas can pile it on while everyone else can dial it up or down, depending on how adventurous they're feeling.
