Hand picked from Burnt House's single estate vineyard, this traditional method English Sparkling Rosé is a delicate salmon pink in colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is filled with aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and rose petal, while the palate reveals fresh red berries, citrus zest and subtle brioche notes, finishing crisp and elegant. Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
