VQA Prince Edward County White tree fruit appears on the nose, with florals, spice and beautiful nuances of wet stone. The palate is dense, showing white fruit and nutty tones, balanced by bright acidity. A complex, persistent finish carries the fruit and nutty notes, framed with County elegance. Sourced entirely from our estate. 100% Churchside Chardonnay. Whole cluster pressed. Fermented 100% in barrel, 10% new (500L/125L). Malolactic fermentation took place in barrel, with partial completion.
