Carolina Gold Rice

Carolina Gold is a historic long-grain heirloom rice variety that brought South Carolina word-wide fame. The name refers to the golden color of the rice crop as it appears in the fields just before harvest. As the matriarch of the American heirloom rice varietals, it's known for its delicate, nutty flavor, mild aroma, firm texture, and versatility.
