Mulled Plum Jam

In all honesty, we think this mulled plum jam from Fruits of the Forage sounds like the kind of jam people have in books. It's made from various varieties of British plum and mulled wine, spiced with hogweed (a plant that's a bit like cow parsley). Now doesn't that sound like jam from The Hobbit or Wolf Hall or something made by the mice of Brambly Hedge? It has a sweet, tart and warm taste and is perfect for adding to Christmas breakfasts, cheeseboards and stockings.
