"Barrel Aged Kills" Pilsner is one of our favourite beers! We start with our 5.2% Czech style pilsner that's brewed with pilsner malt and Saaz hops. After primary fermentation in stainless, we aged this beer in second-use Chardonnay barrels for 6 months. We use the barrels as a way to further soften the beer while adding complexity. This is a classy treat for beer and wine lovers alike with lots of common ground to sip on and discuss! It's in a tall can this time for lengthier sipping!
