1960 Fender Esquire

1960 Fender Esquire Blond Rare and very cool 1960 Fender Esquire in excellent playing condition. These early rosewood-board Esquires and Telecasters from Fender’s golden era don’t show up very often, especially not with the desirable slab-board neck. This example is all original and has a great vintage look, with some heavy wear on the body and beautiful natural aging throughout. The original decal is partially worn but still present. The neck is dated 8/60 and the original pots date to week 47 of 1960. The wiring is original and untouched, including the original dark circuit. A fantastic playing and sounding Esquire with lots of character and a strong, open tone. The guitar has been professionally set up in our store and plays great. Comes with the original case, original Fender price tag and original strap.
