This naturally fermented Semillon is matured on the lees for 3 months in 100% new French oak. Very distinctive musky nose combining ginger, cardamom and a citrus in a mineral flinty style. A fuller mouth feel adds to the complexity of the wine and is redolent of an Old World Semillon. ABV 13.5%
