Why this bundle is useful This 21-day pack is the plant-leaning version of the shorter everyday routine: one Formula 1, one vegan Protein Drink Mix, one AloeMax, and one Instant Herbal Beverage. It is for people who want a convenient meal replacement shake mixed without dairy, plus a protein drink, a plain aloe water and a cup of tea. Formula 1 can be mixed with fortified soya drink, or with vegan PDM and water, as the canister label allows. Vegan PDM is vanilla, plant-based, and also works on its own with water mid-morning or mid-afternoon. AloeMax is an unsweetened aloe juice you dilute; the tea is the flavoured cup. Together they cover breakfast, a between-meal protein drink, and drinks for the rest of the day, without a separate dairy protein tub. How it is used A typical day might look like this. Formula 1 shake Give the canister a gentle shake. Add two scoops (26 g) to a shaker. Pour in 250 ml fortified soya drink, or mix Formula 1 with vegan Protein Drink Mix and water as the label allows (the limited-edition Formula 1 label states two scoops Formula 1 plus two scoops vegan PDM with 300 ml water). Shake or blend. Enjoy as a meal replacement shake at breakfast, lunch or dinner. Protein Drink Mix Vegan Mix two scoops (28 g) with 250 ml cold water, or three scoops (42 g) with 375 ml if you want a larger drink. Enjoy mid-morning or mid-afternoon, or add it to Formula 1 mixed with water for a plant-based meal replacement shake. AloeMax Shake the bottle well. Mix 3 capfuls (15 ml) with 120 ml water, or 120 ml AloeMax with 1 litre of water if you are filling a jug. A common habit is a glass in the morning, then more through the day if you like. Instant Herbal Beverage Stir ½ teaspoon (about 1.7 g) into 200–250 ml hot or cold water. A typical day is one or two cups — for example with breakfast, or as a mid-afternoon cup. This drink contains caffeine. Keep an eye on your total caffeine from tea, coffee and other sources, and follow the notice on the label. Follow every label. Instant Herbal Beverage contains caffeine.
