2026 Mini Gathering

Cowgirls… Let’s do this! After another incredible response, and with this event continuing to grow every year, the “Not So Mini” Gathering is back for 2026! 🎉 Before you jump in, please (pretty please!) take a few minutes to read through the information at the bottom of this page, along with the Terms & Conditions you’ll be asked to accept at checkout. This ticket is for a full riding position at the Gathering. You’ll need to bring your own horse (or horses), along with everything they’ll need for the week. Payment Options Pay in Full Your riding position is confirmed immediately. We’ll be in touch closer to the event with everything you need to know, including your camping allocation, riding group and event information. 50/50 Payment Plan Pay 50% today to reserve your place, with the remaining 50% due by 31 August 2026. Your riding position will be confirmed once your final payment has been received. If the balance isn’t paid by the due date, your place may be offered to the waitlist in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. We can’t wait to welcome you to the Gathering. 💛
