Nutty and fresh notes intertwine with buttery, vegetal notes, giving it a rounded, comforting character with not too much bitterness (unless you want to push it with higher temperature or longer steeps) Works equally well as a cold brew, making it a versatile choice for warmer months too - a good everyday green to keep on hand.
