Carved Turtle Kalimba

A great percussive and melodic instrument to travel with! These kalimbas are made from wood carved to be in the shape of a sea turtle and have 7 adjustable tines in which you play with your thumbs in a plucking fashion. To adjust the tuning of each tine, loosen the screws and push or pull the tine to lengthen or shorten it. The shorter it is, the higher the pitch; the longer the lower. Each Kalimba is uniquely different and measures approximately 6" wide x 6" deep x 5" tall.
