These Smoked Andouille Sausage Links are seasoned with a variety of peppers, onion, garlic and herbs that produce a full-bodied Cajun flavor. Each 1 lb. package contains four 4 oz. links. All of our meat is vacuum sealed & flash frozen to ensure freshness. Berkshire or Kurobuta ( black pigs) are known for their well marbled, distinctively red pork which wins hands down in a flavor competition.
