Handcrafted in small batches, we carefully distil locally sourced rhubarb, and then infuse more after distillation, to capture its vibrant flavour. The result is a refreshing, fruit-forward gin with notes of crisp rhubarb and a delicate sweetness, balanced perfectly with classic juniper and botanical character.
