AGNI 03 is a washed Arabica from Udaygiri Estate in Karnataka, developed as the deepest and most intense expression in this three-coffee series. The medium-dark roast creates a bold, structured cup, but the washed character keeps it cleaner and more articulate than a conventional dark roast. It delivers richness without relying on excessive roast bitterness. As a filter, an opening note of orange peel cuts through the deeper flavours of cocoa and brown sugar. The citrus is subtle rather than sharp, bringing enough brightness to stop the cup from feeling heavy. As espresso, AGNI becomes dense and commanding. Expect dark chocolate, roasted almond and molasses, with a full body and lingering bittersweet finish. Add milk and the chocolate and nut character becomes rounder, while the molasses-like sweetness continues to carry through. This is the strongest coffee of the series, created for people who want a pronounced espresso, a fuller French press or a coffee that will remain present in a cappuccino or flat white.
