Aged 8 months in stainless steel (3 months batonnage) then in bottle for at least 12 monthsVineyard: Vineyard is located in the town of Solopaca, Sheet 12, parcel 122, 250m to 300m above sea level, with north / south exposure on volcanic clay soil.
