At the heart of this retreat is our signature smudge blending experience, where you’ll create your own personalised cleansing blend from a curated selection of botanicals, herbs, flowers and natural resins, choosing ingredients that connect with your own energy and intention. Alongside this, guided reflection, journalling and a manifestation and release ritual will give you space to consider what you are ready to let go of, what you would like to welcome in and the intentions you want to carry forward.
