Half Caff - 50/50 Blend
Cutting down, not giving up? Try our Half Caff: a delicious blend of vibrant Ugandan coffee and naturally decaffeinated Colombian beans, with around half the caffeine of a regular coffee. Expect sticky caramel toffee sweetness, a jammy mouthfeel and playful notes of candied strawberry and pink lemonade sherbet. Bukonzo Dream comes from Uganda’s Rwenzori Mountains and is named after the Bakonzo people who farm its slopes. Agri Evolve works closely with these communities, processing freshly harvested cherries to create a beautifully fruity coffee with notes of berries, hibiscus and citrus. The other half comes from La Serranía in Colombia’s Huila region, where small-scale farmers grow coffee among mountain springs, ancient oaks and protected forests. The beans are decaffeinated using the EA sugarcane process, which helps preserve their sweetness and vibrant character. A lovely choice when you want a little less caffeine without compromising on flavour. 50% Uganda Bukonzo Dream – Natural 50% Colombia La Serranía – Washed, EA sugarcane decaffeinated Grown in: Uganda & Colombia Roast level: Light–Medium / 1½ Hints of: Caramel Toffee, Candied Strawberry & Pink Lemonade Sherbet Recommended for: Filter & Espresso
