Our authentic Greek Feta, Feta Voras, is made in the far Northwestern corner of Greece, in the province of Florina. This mountainous area is covered in wildflowers and herbs. The maker is small and third-generation, run by brothers Andreas and Sokratis. It is a creamy, crumbly cheese with notes of citrus and milk.
