Supports wire bundle welding with a published cross-sectional welding range of 0.35–20mm², depending on material, wire arrangement, and application. Uses a pneumatic cylinder motion system to apply controlled welding pressure for consistent and repeatable metal joining. Features a 7-inch color touchscreen HMI for convenient operation, digital parameter adjustment, and welding process monitoring. Supports time-based welding control and multiple welding modes, depending on the configured system. Built-in empty-welding prevention helps protect the welding horn and tooling from damage caused by incorrect operation. Real-time ultrasonic power monitoring and welding parameter storage help improve process consistency and production quality.
