Our Pistachio Salted Egg Mooncake features smooth, nutty pistachio lotus seed paste, a rich salted egg yolk centre, and pieces of pistachio throughout for an added layer of texture. The earthy sweetness of pistachio balances beautifully with the savoury richness of salted egg yolk, all wrapped in a traditional baked mooncake crust.
