Mo's Carriages and Trail Rides

Mo's Carriages and Trail Rides was founded by Moses Gagakuma, a lifelong horse lover who grew up next to military stables in Ghana and came to the U.S. on a college track scholarship. Moses and his team offer guided horseback trail rides in the Hoover and Billingsley area near Birmingham, Alabama. Choose from the beginner-friendly Jungle Trail — a slow, easy ride through bamboo, vines, and nearby wildlife — or the Scenic River Trail, an intermediate/advanced route following hidden waterways and a mini waterfall. All rides are by appointment only, sunrise to sunset, and include a mini-lesson to assess each rider's comfort level before heading out.
