It does not fit the EQX 11, the EQX 06, the Manticore M15, or the Vanquish V-series coils, each of which has its own plate. If your EQX 15 is on an Equinox 900, an Equinox 700, an Equinox 600 or 800, an X-Terra Pro, an X-Terra Elite, or a Vanquish 460, 360 or 560, this is the correct cover. One dealer still lists it as fitting the Equinox 600 and 800 only; that was true three detector generations ago and is now incomplete. Why this skidplate replacement Minelab's own line is the whole case: replace your worn skidplate to continue to protect your Equinox coil. A skidplate is designed to wear through; the coil housing is not, and once the plate is gone the coil's epoxy shell starts taking the gravel, which is the point of no return for a coil that costs several times what its cover does. The 15x12 in plate is the largest in the Equinox line, so it meets the most ground per swing and goes first.
