What's inside KILLEEN 250g - Goat, Pasteurised Sweet and nutty. A goats' milk cheese made to a Dutch Gouda recipe by Marion Roeleveld from her herd of Saanen goats in Galway. BABY BURT'S BLUE 180g - Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian Creamy in texture, with a sweet tang from the blue veins. A tiny blue made by Claire Burt from local Cheshire milk, softening as it matures. WITHERIDGE IN HAY 220g - Cow, Pasteurised, Organic Smooth and moist, with floral, grassy notes and an earthy farmhouse character. Matured in hand-cut meadow hay. Best Organic Cheese at the 2026 Artisan Cheese Awards. ST CERA 90g - Cow, Raw milk Buttery, fruity and complex, with a smooth and silky texture. A washed-rind cheese with a blush-pink rind, made by Julie Cheyney and matured in wooden boxes. Every cheese is chosen by our cheese experts and cared for in our own maturing room in Bath. Cheeses may occasionally be replaced with one of a similar style and equal or greater value, depending on condition and availability.
