Nagano Meijo Junmai Ginjo Kisekirei

Nagano Meiji's answer to Riesling, this isn't a conventional sake. On the nose are distinct notes of lemongrass and white sugar, with just a touch of pepper laced throughout. The palate is on the sweeter side, but crisp, balancing acidity ensures this isn't a sweet sake. Flavours of cookie dough, lemongrass, melon and white sugar predominate. A robust, versatile sake to go with bold-flavoured dishes.
