Wet your hair and the shampoo bar. Gently rub the bar over your scalp to make a lather. Massage with your fingertips for about 30 seconds, then rinse well. Step 2 — Condition with Gugo Blossom. Wet the conditioner bar and glide it over the middle and ends of your hair, not your scalp. Leave for about one minute, then rinse. Step 3 — Apply Flow Scalp Tonic.
