MINOR DECECT Players Grade, 2lbs 10oz, Mid-Low OX29 Handmade #584

Players Grade English Willow. 7 grains, clean. Low density cleft. 2lbs 10oz on the scales now, so this will be 2.12 when fully dressed with one grip. Very wet in the UK at the moment and I would guess this bag has taken on an ounce or so; which will come out when the bat is kept at room temperature. Good punch - not one that I would call super mellow, but the rebound is good; and will reach that optimum level in time. Mpre like a Joe root shape that I’ve done, mid into low, fairly low ending spine into a flat rounded toe. Slight semi oval shape handle, standard thickness. 3/4 inch shorter blade, longer handle set up, same overall short handle length bat. End of a drying crack in the toe - I’ve never seen these develop into anything, so normal warranty on this, however reduced for the fault. See the video and photos!
