Faux/ Fake Relaxed Roman Shade Valance

European relaxed roman shades are loved for blending the flowy aesthetic of drapery with the tailored framework of blinds. Their beautifully curved folds transform even the plainest of fabrics into a work of textural art. But what if your window only needs a cosmetic facelift, without full coverage or functionality? Cue our faux relaxed roman shade valances. They are look-alikes of European relaxed roman shades - offering the same luxurious appeal but without the functionality of folding up or down. Since they are non-operational, they have a simple, static design with fewer moving parts, which contributes to their longevity and cost-effectiveness. Our relaxed faux roman shades are stitched with a 2.5 inch rod pocket, so they can be mounted inside a window frame with a tension spring rod (ideally one inch diameter) or outside window frames on a decorative pole. Furthermore, they come fully lined with high-quality, white privacy lining. You can choose from our vast collection of over 2000 premium fabrics, and further accessorise the faux roman shades with any of our 200+ trims and tassels. HomeSewn Wisdom: Faux relaxed roman shades don't fold up and stack. So when determining their length, consider how much of the window you want to cover, and how much natural light you want to allow through. We recommend a minimum length/ drop of 10 inches for the valance to drape gracefully. *Hardware NOT included.
