We kept the lightweight 6063-T6 aluminum construction, identical length, and original grip diameter, while refining the most important component: the hooks. Version 2 introduces a slightly curved hook design to hold your resistance bands firmly in place during heavy reps. Each hook is now a solid 8mm thick with smoothly radiused, rounded edges to optimize band placement and minimize wear on your resistance bands over time. Whether you need a short bar for quick pull/push movements or a full-length bar for heavy, wider grip lifts, this 3-piece design offers maximum versatility without taking up room in your home. The two lengths also give you a simple way to fine-tune tension. Switching from the 24" bar to the 36" bar stretches the same band a little farther, so a #3 band feels slightly heavier. If a band feels a bit too heavy on the long bar, drop to the short bar for a touch less tension.
