Aiwa DM-68 Dynamic Microphone

Here's an Aiwa DM-68 Dynamic Microphone from the 1960’s! These Japanese microphones were made as a clone to the AKG D19 and make a nice alternative. The DM-68 is both bright and punchy, making it a versatile option for guitars, drums, acoustics, vocals, and more. While the DM-68 isn’t identical to the D19, these microphones share a similar internal build, with a mesh covering over the diaphragm and a slotted hole on the side for additional bass response. This DM-68 was converted to low impedance, and the M/V switch was bypassed. If you’ve been looking for a unique yet versatile dynamic microphone option, this one would make a nice fit!
